First, let me thank you for your interest in my International Trading Division. I am a 67 year old career Commercial Real Estate developer of 40 years. I have lived and worked in Winston Salem, North Carolina since 1969. I am semi-retired from the Real Estate business and have been operating from my home office for the last 14 years (see address below). I founded DRI in1973 and have held a brokers license in NC, SC, and VA for most of my career since then. Please see my Personal Profile for more information. We are Marketing Consultants that deal directly with Sellers, Buyers, or the Title Holders of record. We contract with Mandates, Agents or their Legal Representatives, but not more than one removed from the Owners. We facilitate the Buying and Selling of a wide variety of high quality products in large quantities around the world. Some preferred product types are food, coal, petroleum, urea, cement and ores. “With Integrity and Transparency” is our promise to partners and customers. We do not deal with Internet Brokers who cannot prove their claims. When our group of trusted partners finds illegal activity we will report you to the proper authorities and make every effort to prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law. I am happy to introduce my son “Jay” who as VP of Sales will be handling most online contact, verification, and document preparation. Jay came on board with the real estate company in 2005. He has been a Project Specialist and is trained in GIS, and CAD operations, as well as being our liaison between the company and our engineers, attorneys, and accountants.
